Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Tenders with Sriracha Horseradish Squeeze

Ingredients
- 1 small bag of potato chips
- 2 medium sized pieces of chicken (chicken breast, or chicken thigh)
- 1 Thai chili pepper

1 bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder & onion powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Handful of cilantro
Directions
Crush the potato chips and add in the sliced Thai chili pepper.
Season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Mix up the eggs in a bowl and dip the chicken in the egg mix.
Now dip the chicken in the crushed potato chips mixture.
Place on a baking rack and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.
Drizzle on heaping amounts of Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Squeeze and sprinkle a bit of cilantro. Enjoy!
