Turkey Meatball Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 Pound of Turkey Meat
1 Egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Table spoon of minced garlic
A few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Your favorite BBQ rub and/or spices
- 1 package of Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- Sliced pepper jack cheese

1 bottle of Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli
Directions
Set up your smoker for indirect cooking at about 375 degrees (or preheat your oven to 350 degrees).
In a medium mixing bowl combine Turkey Meat, 1 Egg, Bread crumbs, Worcestershire, minced garlic, and your BBQ rub/spices.
Roll the mixture into baseball sized balls and place in your cooker, cook until internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from cooker and slice into discs.
Half your Kings Hawaiian rolls and top with half a meatball, pepper jack cheese and Everything Aioli.
