    Antipasto Skewers with Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing

    Ingredients:
    Your Favorite Antipasto Pieces like,
    Sliced Cherry Tomato
    Chunk of Salami
    Artichoke
    White Cheddar Cheese
    Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing

    Directions:
    Using longer skewers, add each of the ingredients on each skewer until it is full. Place a serving dish in the middle of a serving plate and pour Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic in the bowl. Add the skewers around the bowl in a wreath like formation. Drizzle Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic on the skewers and you are finished!

    Mango Habanero Queso Dip

    Ingredients:
    1 package of storebought queso (can make your own from scratch as well)
    1 jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Mango Habanero Jam
    Tortilla Chips

    Directions:
    Heat up 2-3 tbsps Mango Habanero Jam in a microwavable bowl in the microwave. Heat up queso as instructed on package. Pour queso into serving dish and swirl in the warmed Mango Habanero Jam. Sprinkle with chives as a garnish and serve with Tortilla chips. A crowd favorite.

    Pesto Aioli Caprese Toothpicks

    Ingredients:
    Cherry or San Marzano Tomatoes
    Mozzarella Balls
    Terrapin Ridge Farms Pesto Aioli

    Directions:
    Put one mozzarella ball, followed by a sliced cherry tomato onto a toothpick. Stand the toothpicks up on the serving tray. Garnish Caprese pieces and the tray with Pesto Aioli.

    Pineapple Habanero Mini Chicken Salad Bread Bowls

    Ingredients:
    Dinner Rolls
    Chopped Baked Chicken Breast
    Mayonnaise
    Celery
    Diced Onions
    Terrapin Ridge Farms Pineapple Habanero Dip

    Directions:
    Carve out bowls in the dinner rolls to make mini bread bowls. Save the "lid" of the bowl to top the mini bread bowl after filling with chicken salad. Mix (size depends on how many people you are serving) chicken, mayo, celery, diced onions, and desired amount of Pineapple Habanero Dip. Scoop into bread bowls and place on serving tray!     Coconut Curry Chicken Salad Mini Cups with Pita Bread

    Ingredients:
    Chopped Chicken Breast
    Chopped Celery
    Chopped Onions
    Mayonnaise
    Terrapin Ridge Farms Coconut Curry Aioli
    Pita Bread cut into triangles

    Directions:
    Mix the chicken, celery, onions, mayo and Coconut Curry Aioli together. Scoop into mini plastic cups, arranged on a serving tray. When ready to serve, add 1-2 pieces of pita bread inside each cup. Swirl extra Coconut Curry Aioli on top and serve!

    Canned Chickpeas, rinsed
