Southwestern Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Dip

 

Ingredients: 

Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Brick of Cream Cheese

Black Beans

 

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. spread a layer of cream cheese on the bottom of baking dish. Add a layer of Hot Pepper Berry Bacon Jam on top of this. Then add a layer of black beans. Lastly, cover the dish in shredded cheddar cheese. Place in oven until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Cheesy Horseradish Corned Beef Dip

 

Ingredients: 

8 oz. Terrapin Ridge Farms Roasted Garlic Horseradish Dip (Or your choice: Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip and Horseradish Sauce work perfectly in this recipe as well.)

14 oz. Sauerkraut, drained well

1/4 cup Mayonnaise

2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

2 oz. Corned beef, chopped

 

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and bake in a covered dish at 350 degrees F. for 15 - 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with crackers, peppers, or soft bread.

Mango Habanero Queso

 

Ingredients:

1 package of store bought queso (can make your own from scratch too)

2-3 tbsp. of Terrapin Ridge Farms Mango Habanero Jam

Tortilla Chips

 

Directions:

Heat up 2-3 tbsps. Mango Habanero Jam in a microwavable bowl in the microwave. Heat up queso as instructed on package. Pour queso into serving dish and swirl in the warmed Mango Habanero Jam. Sprinkle with chives as a garnish and serve with Tortilla chips.

Bacon Jam over Cream Cheese Dip

 

Ingredients:

8 oz Brick Cream Cheese

½ Jar of Terrapin Ridge farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam

 

Directions:

Pour Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam over cream cheese. Serve with buttery Crackers. This is a quick and easy appetizer. Alternatively, you can bake the cream cheese and bacon jam together for a hot dip. Or smoke the cream cheese and add the bacon jam on top after smoking.

Buffalo Ranch Chicken Nachos

 

Ingredients:

1 bag nacho chips

Ready made chicken fingers

3 oz gruyere cheese, grated

4 oz blue cheese, crumbled

3 green onions, chopped

Optional, tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro

1 bottle of Terrapin Ridge Buffalo Ranch Garnishing Sauce

 

Directions:

On a baking sheet place a layer of nacho chips. Add chicken strips cut into bite sized pieces, grated cheese and crumbled blue cheese. Place in the oven on broil until the cheese has melted and the chips are toasted. Remove from oven and add your toppings. Last, drizzle your nachos with Terrapin Ridge Farms Buffalo Ranch Sauce. Enjoy hot!

 

Cowboy Caviar with Cilantro Lime Dressing

 

Ingredients:

1 can Black Beans

1 can Pinto Beans

Chopped Red and Green Peppers

1 can of Corn

Cherry Tomatoes cut in half

1 can Hominy

1 chopped Red Onion

1 bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing

Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Drain the beans, corn, and hominy. Add ingredients to a large bowl, pour desired amount of Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing on top and toss together. Serve as a salad or with tortilla chips as a delicious dip!
