Ingredients:

1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
1 bottle of Terrapin Ridge Farms Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette or Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
I cup (stick) of butter, melted

Ingredients:
1, 6 pound boneless prime rib roast
2 tablespoons Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Squeeze Garnishing Sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 carrot, cut into 2 inch pieces
1 small unpeeled onion, quartered and separated
2 teaspoons concentrated beef base (paste)
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon water

Delicious and Simple! Cooking redefined.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Place trimmed Brussels sprouts in baking pan and lightly cover with olive oil.
After 20-25 minutes coat the brussel sprouts in Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes, shaking pan every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning.
After placing on serving dish, re-coat with more Bacon Jam and then serve!

Ingredients:
8 oz. softened goat cheese
½ c. blue cheese crumbles
½ jar of Cranberry with Grand Marnier Jam

Directions:
Mix together and serve with crackers. We suggest molding cheese dip into ball form and place in fridge for 2-4 hours if you wish to get cheese dip into a solid ball form.

1 lb fresh lump crab meat
1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed (or dry breadcrumbs)
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon canola oil

The Perfect Holiday Salad

1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Greek yogurt can be substituted)
1 cup chopped onions
1 pound chopped cooked chicken breast (we used our leftovers in the photo!)
1/2 Jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier

Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed! Serve on Hawaiian Rolls, with crackers or alone.

For the perfect bacon-tastic appetizer all you need is Terrapin Ridge Farms Bacon Aioli Squeeze, Cheddar Cheese, Fresh Chives and Tater Tots.
We used 1 bag of Tater Tots and the rest is to taste!

Directions:
Cook the bag of tater tots (oven or fried), sprinkle cheese while hot so it melts and then cover in our Bacon Aioli. Finally top with some fresh chives and voilà - a trendy appetizer in minutes!
