Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Smoked Garlic Spicy Corn Relish, drain off ½ the liquid and reserve
- ½ c. diced white onion
- ½ c. diced red pepper
- 1 T. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small avocado diced
- S & P to taste
Directions
- Fold all ingredients together, add more of the reserved relish liquid as needed. Chill and serve with your favorite BBQ or tacos.
