Cook rice noodles according to package and set aside. Season filets with salt and pepper. Grill filets to medium, 160°F. Set aside and cover with foil to rest. Chop onion and peppers and saute them in olive oil over medium heat in a wok. Drain and rinse the chickpeas and add to wok. Thinly slice the filets and add to wok as well as the green beans. Lightly toss all ingredients together. Meanwhile, whisk together 3 heaping tbsps of TRF Ginger Wasabi Sauce and 3 tbsp of soy sauce. Add the sauce to the stir fry and toss all ingredients together. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
