Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and peel carrots. Place in a foil lined pan. Mix all of the ingredients together well. Brush mixture on raw carrots. Season with salt and pepper. Seal in foil. Roast at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, or until fork tender. This can also be used on winter squash.leaves
