SPICY CORN RELISH DIP

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cream cheese
- softened 1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms corn relish, drained
- 1 c. shredded cheddar
- 2 eggs
- ½ red pepper, diced
- 1 fresh jalapeno, de-seeded and chopped
- 3 green onions chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until brown a bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
