Loads of caramelized onions are slowly cooked with balsamic vinegar and other spices creating a delectable jam. Add deep flavor to burgers, steaks, and grilled panini sandwiches. An excellent accoutrement on a cheese or charcuterie board.

Delicious...
I have tried it multiple ways ...on a cracker topped w cream cheese and onion jam.
I have mixed into ground beef and made burger patties and then topped cooked burger with fontina cheese and onion jam. Third way ... mixed it into beef, pork and veal to create a meatloaf and then topped w brown beef gravy with cartelized onions and mushrooms.
