Balsamic vinegar, roasted garlic and herbs come together to form the perfect gourmet jam. Delicious spread over Brie, then heated until brie is warm inside. Incredible as a glaze for pork or chicken. Spoon over a goat cheese log, warm in oven and serve with crostini. Yum!
Someone gave this to me as a gift a while back, and I have had a condition recently that changed my taste buds considerably. I found this jam to be one of the few things I could really taste and enjoy, so I had to buy more! I can't wait til taste is normal I and I can try some other products... this one is superb!

We absolutely love your jam!! We have it with cheese, crackers and wine! However, My order came with damaged jars - was not wrapped in any paper or bubble wrap, just in the box with dividers. I emailed your company, and they took care of it with a replacement for 3 jars. Thanks you for handling it so quickly. Shows you are a quality company!

My wife bought a jar when we were staying Bryson City, NC. When we got home she tried it and loved it. She liked it so well that I ordered two of the large size jars. We will be ordering some of your other products.
