Smoked Salmon Goat Cheese Puffs

 
Hearty appetizer, perfect all year round!
Ingredients: 

4 - 5 oz smoked salmon (cracked black pepper is best) – shred and remove skin
Athens Mini fillo shells – 15 count (if you can’t find the shells, use the fillo dough, cut into squares and use mini muffin pans to bake off)
3 oz. goat cheese
1/3 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Horseradish Jam

ne apple of your choice– shredded

Directions: 

Combine shredded salmon, goat cheese and Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Horseradish Jam together until incorporated.  Fill the mini shells and bake at 350 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes.  Top with just a few shards of shredded apple. Perfect, delicious and filling appetizer.
