
Ingredients:
Desired amount of wagyu beef hot dogs (or dogs of choice)
Brioche Buns
Butter
Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle
Pico de Gallo:
Chopped Cilantro
Diced Tomato
Diced Jalapenos
Diced Onions
Lime Juice
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
To slow cook the wagyu beef hot dogs, heat your grill to about 275 degrees F. Add the dogs to the grill and cook them until they reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees F. Butter your brioche buns and place them butter down on the grill to get a nice char on the buns. In a bowl, mix the ingredients of the pico de gallo. Add the dog to the grilled bun, spoon in the pico de gallo and drench it in Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Squeeze.
