Chopped Cilantro 

Diced Tomato

To slow cook the wagyu beef hot dogs, heat your grill to about 275 degrees F. Add the dogs to the grill and cook them until they reach an internal temperature of 150 degrees F. Butter your brioche buns and place them butter down on the grill to get a nice char on the buns. In a bowl, mix the ingredients of the pico de gallo.
