This healthy, delicious sandwich is great anytime.
Ingredients:
16 oz Fresh Hummus
1 lb Ground Lamb
¼ C Garam Masala Stoneground Mustard
¼ C Plain Yogurt
Cucumbers (diced)
Tomatoes (diced)
Feta Cheese (crumbled)
Pita Chips
Iceberg Lettuce (shredded)

Directions:
Season the ground lamb with salt & pepper and brown in medium frying pan. Drain any excess fat. Mix in the Garam Masala Mustard and yogurt and simmer for 2-3 minutes.To assemble dip: Spread the hummus in a shallow dish. Top with layer of ground lamb mixture. Next, add the diced cucumbers, tomatoes and sprinkle with feta cheese. Finally, top with shredded lettuce. Great as a wrap, on pita bread or flat bread.
