Level Up Your Nachos with Our Spicy Chipotle Squeeze!
You will need:
Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Squeeze to Taste
1 Bag of Tortilla Chips
1/2 Can of Black Beans, Drained
1 Cup of Shredded Lettuce
1 Cup of Sweet Corn (boiled or grilled)
1/2 Bag of Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Cup Diced Onions
1 Cup Shredded/Grilled Chicken
1/2 Cup Guacamole
Jalapenos to taste
Cilantro to taste
Turn on broiler. Lay the tortilla chips on an oven pan and cover with (cooked) chicken, beans, onions, jalapenos and cheese. Place pan in oven until cheese is melted and contents are warm. Add guacamole, cooked sweet corn, cilantro. Last but not least, drizzle with the Spicy Chipotle Garnishing Squeeze. You will have the best nachos ever!

The Perfect Holiday Salad
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup Mayonnaise (Greek yogurt can be substituted)
1 cup chopped onions
1 pound chopped cooked chicken breast (we used our leftovers in the photo!)
1/2 Jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed! Serve on Hawaiian Rolls, with crackers or alone.

Ingredients:
1 lb fresh lump crab meat
1/2 cup saltine crackers, crushed (or dry breadcrumbs)
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions:
In a small bowl, mix cracker (or bread) crumbs, mustard, Old Bay and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce. Gently fold in the crumb mixture.
Add the crab meat and parsley, and gently shape into 6 cakes, making sure not to break up the crab meat. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the cakes for at least an hour to ensure that they won’t fall apart while cooking.
Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for about 6-8 minutes, gently flipping half-way through. Serve immediately with Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Squeeze Garnishing Sauce.

Ingredients:
8 oz. softened goat cheese
½ c. blue cheese crumbles
½ jar of Cranberry with Grand Marnier Jam
Directions:
Mix together. Form into ball, wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator, Spoon Cranberry Relish with Grand Marnier on top and serve with crackers. Alternatively, you can mix together and serve as a spread.

1 wheel Brie Cheese
1 pack Puff pastry, thawed
¼ C Toasted almonds
1 C Terrapin Ridge Farms Cranberry relish with Grand Marnier™
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Unroll puff pastry into large baking sheet. Place Brie in center of pastry. Spread Terrapin Ridge Cranberry Relish With Grand Marnier™ on to Brie. Wrap edges of pastry over top of brie; press edges lightly to seal. Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 10 – 20 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature with sliced apples or buttery crackers.

Pumpkin Honey Mustard Goat Cheese Log
4 ounces goat cheese, can substitute Cream Cheese for Goat Cheese
2 ounces pecans, crushed or chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. Terrapin Ridge Farms Pumpkin Honey Mustard
Form goat cheese into a log and roll in pecan pieces. Place on a serving plate and drizzle liberally with Pumpkin Honey Mustard. Serve with gingersnaps or crackers.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and peel carrots. Place in a foil lined pan. Make a mixture of equal parts Terrapin Ridge Farms Pecan Honey Mustard and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Brush mixture on raw carrots. Seal in foil. Roast at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, or until they fork tender.

4 each Demi-baguette, split horizontally
1 lb. Roasted Turkey
½ lb. Brie cheese
1 each Apple, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
4 leaves Romaine lettuce
½ cup Terrapin Ridge Pecan Honey Mustard
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spread both sides of each baguette with Terrapin Ridge Pecan Honey Mustard and lay out on a sheet pan. Spread the Brie cheese on each bottom half of baguette. Bake baguettes for three to five minutes. Stack on roasted turkey, apple and romaine lettuce. Cover with top and serve immediately. Makes 4 sandwiches.

The filet mignon of your dreams! Rich, juicy steak glazed and soaked with Terrapin Ridge Farms Tart, Cherry and Apple Rosemary Glaze.
Allow filet mignon to thaw until room temperature and soak in the Tart, Cherry and Apple Rosemary glaze.
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Heat a large oven-proof sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and let it get hot until it simmers.
Place the steaks into the hot pan and sear on one side for at least 4 minutes. Brush both sides of filet with Tart Cherry, Apple & Rosemary Glaze.
After 4 minutes you must flip the filets. Then transfer the dish into the oven for 5-7 minutes depending on how you would like your meat cooked.
Remove filets from pan and place on fresh plate. Pour the glaze over the meat along with the additional juices from the pan and serve!
Serve with our Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes!

Ingredients:
Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Salt for the boiled water
1/2 pound pasta of your choice (we used macaroni)
2-3 oz White Cheddar Cheese
2-3 oz Gouda
2-3 tbs milk
Directions:
Bring a 2-quart pot of water to a boil. Salt the water generously. Add the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until just tender to the bite, or al dente. Before draining, use a heavy liquid measuring cup to pull out 3/4 cup of the pasta water; set aside. Drain the pasta and return the pot to the heat.
Heat the butter in the pasta pot, then add the cooked pasta. Stir in 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water. Add the White Cheddar cheese and stir until smooth. Add the gouda, milk, and Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam and mix well. Dribble in extra pasta water as needed to make a soft, creamy sauce. Serve immediately!

Ingredients:
1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed
1 bottle of Terrapin Ridge Farms Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette or Lemon Honey Vinaigrette
I cup (stick) of butter, melted
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl mix together 1 cup of Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette (or Lemon Honey) and 1 cup of softened butter. Mix as much as possible until it is almost perfectly blended.
Lay the asparagus on a baking sheet. Brush with the butter and vinaigrette mixture. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes! Cool and enjoy!

1 pre-cooked ham
1 bottle Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Rub ham with Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce. Cook until hot and the glaze has crystallized. Pour remaining sauce on top of the ham and serve!

Ingredients:
3 lbs russet potatoes
1/3 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Garlic Mustard
2 green bell peppers diced
3 stalks of celery diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Optional: Chopped Onions
Directions:
In a large pot, boil potatoes until they are tender (around 30 minutes). When finished, drain and peel. Cut into around 1-2 inch chunks. In a different bowl, combine potatoes, Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Garlic Mustard, green bell peppers, 3 stalks of celery, mayonnaise and chopped onions. Cool completely and then serve! (We suggest preparing ahead of time!)

We love this recipe because there are so many ways you can make it! Use Brie and add our Apple Maple Bacon Jam... the combinations are endless. With the help of a blogger named Healthyfitbites87, this Waffle Breakfast Sandwich was tailored to go with our Spicy Chipotle Squeeze.
Ingredients:

2-4 slices of your favorite Bread, Dough, or waffle mix.
Kale to taste
1 fried egg
1 tbs hummus
Mozzarella cheese to taste
Avocado
Directions:
Heat and grease the waffle iron. Place Bread/Dough/Waffle mix into the iron, add the kale, fried egg, cheese, hummus, avocado and Spicy Chipotle Squeeze to the top of the bread on the bottom of the Iron. Add the top slices of bread or batter and press the waffle iron together until crisp. Drizzle with more Spicy Chipotle and enjoy.

1 shallot minced

Corn Bread with Bacon Pepper Jam
2 packages Jiffy Brand Corn Bread Mix
½ Jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Follow package instructions and stir in half jar of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam before putting in muffin pan or 8 x 8 pan. You can also use your favorite scratch corn bread recipe and add in the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.

Mashed Rutabagas with Apple Horseradish Jam
2 to 3 pounds rutabagas
2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Peel rutabaga; cut into chunks. Put the chunks in a large saucepan and cover with water. Put the chunks in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and let them dry in a colander or in the pan with the top ajar. Mash the rutabagas with the butter, 1 teaspoon salt, and the black pepper. Stir in Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Horseradish Jam and serve warm.

2 lbs green beans.

½ cup slivered almonds
