    Brussel Sprouts with Bacon Jam
    24 oz Trimmed Brussel Sprouts
    Olive Oil
    Coarse Kosher Salt
    Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot pepper Bacon Jam
    Place trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, kosher salt, and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag. Seal tightly, and shake to coat. Pour onto a baking sheet, and place on center oven rack.
    Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, stirring brussel sprouts frequently for even coating. Coat with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam and continue roasting another 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

    Mashed Rutabagas with Apple Horseradish Jam
    2 to 3 pounds rutabagas
    2 teaspoons salt
    1/3 cup butter
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    ½ Jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Horseradish Jam
    Peel rutabaga; cut into chunks. Put the chunks in a large saucepan and cover with water. Put the chunks in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and let them dry in a colander or in the pan with the top ajar. Mash the rutabagas with the butter, 1 teaspoon salt, and the black pepper. Stir in Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Horseradish Jam and serve warm.

    Corn Bread with Bacon Pepper Jam
    2 packages Jiffy Brand Corn Bread Mix
    ½ Jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
    Follow package instructions and stir in half jar of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam before putting in muffin pan or 8 x 8 pan. You can also use your favorite scratch corn bread recipe and add in the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.

    Garlic, Herb Balsamic Green Beans
    2 lbs green beans.
    2 Tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic, Balsamic and Herb Jam
    2 Tbsp Butter
    ½ cup slivered almonds
    Cook green beans in boiling, salted water until almost tender. Drain well.Return to pan and toss with Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic, Balsamic and Herb Jam and butter. Saute 3-5 minutes until jam melts and green beans are fully coated. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and serve warm.

    Mashed Potates with Creamy Horseradish
    1 ½ lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes, peeled and quartered length-wise
    ½ tsp Salt
    6 Tbsp. Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Horseradish Dip (or to taste)
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    1 Tbsp. Milk
    To taste Salt and pepper
    Put potatoes into saucepan. Add ½ teaspoon salt. Add water until potatoes are covered. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15-20 minutes, or until done - a fork can easily be poked through them. Drain water from potatoes. Put hot potatoes into a bowl. Add Terrapin Ridge Farms Creamy Horseradish Dip and butter. Use potato masher to mash potatoes until well mashed. Use a strong spoon to beat further, adding milk to achieve the consistency you desire. (Do not over-beat or your potatoes will get gluey.) Salt and pepper to taste.
