Every one of the jams and jellies we use are wonderful! Last night we had a lemon layer cake with raspberry amaretto jam between the layers. Lunch is often a ham and cheese roll up with maple bacon jam, bacon hot pepper jam or balsamic onion jam. Yum, yum!

This jam has many tastful uses from just puting on crackers to useing it as a spread on a hamburger. I'm sure with a creative mind it could have endless uses. I am so happy that my friend is a bacon fanatic and I purchased it for her and one for myself. Oh yeah she raves about this jam and thanks me all the time for buying it for her.

I made some aired fried wings and tossed them in the Apple Maple Bacon Jam with a small amount of bbq sauce. The flavor was unbelievable. 😋😋😋
