Every one of the jams and jellies we use are wonderful! Last night we had a lemon layer cake with raspberry amaretto jam between the layers. Lunch is often a ham and cheese roll up with maple bacon jam, bacon hot pepper jam or balsamic onion jam. Yum, yum!

This Aioli is so delicious and great on any meat or fish! I have not found anything else comparable.
