All returned product shipments require prior approval which may be obtained through our Customer Service Department at 800.999.4052. Any product returned with price stickers or store labels will be charged an additional 25%.

LTL: It is very important to inspect the pallet before you sign the BOL. We cannot reimburse you if the BOL is signed without damages or shortages noted, as we are unable to file a claim with the carrier.

For FedEx parcel shipments, please let us know within 7 days if there is damage or shortages. Upon notification we will reship or credit your account.
