    Cherry Pomegranate Habanero BBQ Ribs

    Ingredients:
1 package of baby back ribs
1 bottle of Terrapin Ridge Farms Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce
    1 bottle of yellow mustard
1 you favorite sweet BBQ rub, we used a Cherry Rub in this case
1 your favorite spicy BBQ rub we used a Garlic Jalapeno rub (This compliments the sweetness)
    Brown sugar
    Butter

    Directions:
Preheat your smoker to 275 degrees Fahrenheit and add a few chunks of your favorite wood. We used cherry wood for this one (also works in an oven with some liquid smoke in a pan). Unpackage and trim your ribs to that they are squared off to ensure an even cook. Trim off any excess unrenderable fat. Rub a thin layer of yellow mustard on your ribs to act as a binder for your rubs. Place on the smoker (or in over) and cook indirect until the rub no longer can be wiped off with you finger (about 2 hours). Once your rub has completely latched onto your ribs remove and place in heavy duty foil with a thin layer of brown sugar and a few pats of butter. Place back on the smoker and cook until an internal temperature of 198 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove from your cooker and using a kitchen brush add on the Terrapin Ridge Farms Cherry Pomegranate Habanero Sauce. Place back on the smoker until the sauce has latched onto your ribs and is sticky. Sit down and enjoy!

    Spicy Chipotle Grilled Wings

    Ingredients:
Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Squeeze
    20 chicken wings
    1 Tbsp. aluminum-free baking powder
Kosher salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:
Fire up the grill and pre-heat it to 350 degrees. Mix together the baking powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Cover wings in mixture. You do not need to coat the entire wings, the idea behind the baking powder is to change the PH of the wings so they come out of the grill nice and crispy. Grill wings for 20 minutes, flipping them every 5 minutes or so. Toss wings in Spicy Chipotle Garnishing Squeeze. Delicious served with Bleu Cheese Crumbles on top. Enjoy!
