Recipes for the Christmas Breakfast board:
To make a Christmas Breakfast Board you will need a long charcuterie board or you can make a long board with two boards.

    1) Mini Lox Bagels with Sriracha Horseradish
    Ingredients:
    Mini Bagels, savory type
Salmon Lox, styled in a rosette
Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Horseradish Squeeze Garnishing Sauce
    Cream Cheese
    Directions:
In the oven or toaster oven, brown the bagels slightly. Let them cool and add a layer of cream cheese. Delicately drizzle Sriracha Horseradish Garnishing Squeeze Sauce on top of the cream cheese. Turn your lox salmon into a decorative rosette and place on top of each mini bagel (we love aesthetics- do it for the board!). Arrange in one area of the board, this is one of the anchors of the board, the small decorations and accoutrements can move around this.

    2) Pancake River with Raspberry Amaretto Jam, Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam and Maple Syrup
    Ingredients:
    Pancake Mix
    1 Egg
    ¾ cup milk
1 tbsp oil of your choosing
Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Amaretto Jam
Terrapin Ridge Farms Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam
    Maple Syrup
    Directions:
Follow the directions on the pancake mix. Make the pancakes as big or small as your board allows. Once pancakes are cooked according to the package or to your recipe, layer them in a winding river formation down your board. This is the highlight of the Christmas board, it should take up a lot of space and draw in the eye.

    3) Apple Maple Candied Bacon Strips
    Ingredients:
    Thicker cut, uncured, unseasoned bacon.
Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Maple Bacon Jam
    Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 325. Place a wire rack on top of a cooking sheet. Lay bacon strips flat across the top of the wire rack. Coat the strips in Apple Maple Bacon Jam, the whole front side of the bacon should be covered in a thin layer of Apple Maple Bacon Jam. Cook at 325 for about 45 minutes, watching as it cooks to make sure it doesn't burn. Let cooked bacon sit for at least another 45 minutes as it hardens up. You may need to cut the strips in half to have them stand straight in a cup on the board without bending over. A mason jar works well with the longer pieces of bacon because of the narrowing top. Place bacon in a cup for height and dimension on the board or lay flat on the board.

    4) Hot Pepper Bacon Jam Deviled Eggs
    Ingredients:

3 teaspoons Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
    12 hard-boiled eggs
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    Directions:
Hard boil eggs or buy pre-hard-boiled eggs. Slice eggs in half, take out the hard-boiled egg yolk and place into a mixing bowl. Mix together yolk, mayonnaise and Hot Pepper Bacon Jam. Fill the yolk mixture into a piping bag and pipe into the open-faced sliced eggs. You can also just spoon in the mixture. Arrange eggs to your liking and serve on a tray or on a snack board. Sprinkle with a little salt before serving. Add extra Hot Pepper Bacon Jam on top if desired. Arrange open face eggs on the board and keep the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam next to the deviled eggs for extra toppings!

    5) Christmas Tree Brie with Strawberry and Fig Jam
    Ingredients:
    Brie
Terrapin Ridge Farms Strawberry and Fig Jam
    Christmas Tree Cookie Cutter
    Directions:
Unwrap your brie and place the cookie cutter in the middle of the top of the brie. Press down until you are about ½ inch deep into the brie. Carefully remove cookie cutter, if the brie doesn't stick to the cookie cutter carefully pull off the Christmas tree cutout from the brie, a butter knife is a good tool to help you with this. Fill the cutout space with Strawberry and Fig jam. Use the cutout Christmas tree piece as decoration on top of a bowl of pomegranates. Voila, easy Holiday touches!

    6) Decorations and Additional fillers:
Star cut Kiwi, pomegranates and citrus are perfect additions to fill in the board. For that extra Christmas Flare, use pine needles, holly, ornaments, white and red candy canes.

    7)Drinks:
Of course, what is brunch without mimosas! Have your champagne and OJ ready to go and set out adjacent to the board. This Christmas board is intended for loved ones to gather round and munch while enjoying each others company. We sense a new tradition here!
