    Blackberry Chipotle Flank Steak

    1 bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Blackberry Chipotle Sauce (reserve 1/4 cup for grilling)
    2 lbs flank steak
    Kosher salt and pepper to taste

    Place flank steak in a shallow bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Pour Blackberry Chipotle Sauce into bowl. Turn steak to coat completely. (This can also be done in a large ziplock bag)
    Chill the marinade for at least an hour or up to 24 hours.
    Prepare your grill to high heat
    Remove steak from marinade and shake off excess marinade.
    Place steak on the grill to sear for a minute or two on each side.
    Reduce heat to Medium (set dials so outside is set to medium and center is off, medium off medium) brush with reserved blackberry chipotle sauce if desired, continue to cook turning once to your liking. For medium rare, remove steak when it reaches 125 ° and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
    Slice flank steak across the grain at a diagonal so the slices are wide but thin.

    Nashville Hot Spice Shrimp Tacos

    2 lb shrimp raw, cleaned and deveined
    1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Nashville Hot Spiced Mustard (reserve 2-3 Tbs for crema)
    Wood skewers soaked in water
    12 Soft tortillas
    2 Tbs Olive oil
    Toppings: creamy slaw, avocado, Hot mustard crema, lime

    Place 4-5 shrimp on each skewer*, continue until all shrimp are skewered.
    Place skewered shrimp in a shallow dish or pan, brush all sides of shrimp with Nashville Hot Spiced Mustard. Set aside.
    Heat grill to 400 ° Brush grates with olive oil. Place tortillas on grill lightly grill each side. About 30-45 seconds per side to achieve grill marks. Place on a serving plate
    Place skewered shrimp onto the grill. Cook approximately 3 minutes on each side.

    For tacos: fill a tortilla with 4-5 shrimp, fresh avocado, slaw and a drizzle of crema. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime.

    * Optional, use two skewers for each 4-5 shrimp to keep shrimp more stable on the skewer while grilling.

    Dill Pickle Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich

    Generously coat chicken breast with Terrapin Ridge Farms Dill Pickle Mustard
    Let coated chicken sit for 15 minutes to allow the mustard to start soaking in
    Place chicken on a grill preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping at 15 minutes.
    Remove from the grill and assemble the sandwich with desired toppings. We like onions, pickles and tomatoes.

    Tropical Tequila Shrimp Kabobs over Rice

    Terrapin Ridge Farms Tropical Tequila Sauce
    Desired amount of shrimp
    Pineapple, cubed

    Preheat grill to 350 degrees
    Build kabobs with shrimp and pineapple
    Place the kabobs on the grill for 8 minutes
    Flip the kababs after the 8 minutes

    Continue grilling for another 5 minutes
    Add on some extra sauce or have sauce on the side for dipping, if desired. Serve with your favorite rice. Add Tropical Tequila to the rice while hot for an extra kick.

    Cheddar Ranch Burgers with Everything Aioli

    Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli
    Ranch Dry Mix packet
    1 1/2 lb hamburger meat
    Cheddar Cheese
    Lettuce, Tomato, Onion

    Preheat grill to 400 degrees
    Take 1 1/2 lb of hamburger, hand mix in 1 dry ranch packet and 1/4 cup of shredded cheese
    Put burgers on grill for 20 minutes, flipping at 10 minutes
    Assemble burger with desired toppings; lettuce, tomato, onion. Maybe some bacon too!
