    Crockpot Raspberry Peach Chipotle Meatballs
    Approx 1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Chipotle Glaze 1 (28oz) bag fully cooked, frozen meatballs
    Place frozen meatballs in a 3-4 quart crockpot and pour our Raspberry Chipotle Sauce over meatballs. Stir so all meatballs are coated evenly. Cook on LOW for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve in crockpot with toothpicks handy or on a dish with toothpicks placed in each meatball.

    Pineapple Pulled Pork
    4 lb boneless pork shoulder pork butt
    Terrapin Ridge Farms Roasted Pineapple Habanero Sauce

    Place the pork shoulder in the crockpot. Cover with a lid and cook on low for about 8 hours, until it reaches an internal temperature of 190F. When the pork is done cooking, remove it to a board, and let cool for at least 20 minutes before shredding with a fork. Remove leftover liquid from crockpot and place pork back in. Pour in our Roasted Pinapple Habanero sauce and mix, keep on low to keep warm. Serve with Hawaiian rolls and enjoy!

    Spicy Chipotle Infused Mac N Cheese
    Freshly ground black pepper 1 pound large shell pasta noodles 5 ounces half-and-half 2/3 cup Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Squeeze 6 ounces American cheese, chopped or shredded 4 ounces extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded (about 1 cup) 4 ounces Havarti, shredded (about 1 cup)
    Bring a large part of heavily salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta until it is al dente, according to package directions. Drain and reserve. Combine Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle Squeeze and the half and half in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook & whisk until it simmers. Stir in the Cheddar and Harvati, continue cooking over low heat. Stir until all cheese is melted. Add the pasta to cheese and BBQ sauce mixture. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot! Best enjoyed cuddled up on a couch or at a BBQ gathering. You can also add Terrapin Ridge Farms Spicy Chipotle to most premade or boxed mac n' cheese packages.     Slow Cooker Carnitas Stew
    1 pound fingerling potatoes, diced
    3 large carrots, cut into 2-inch chunks
    2 stalks celery, cut into 2-inch chunks
    1 onion, diced
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 bone-in pork shoulder or pork sirloin roast (2 to 2 1/2 pounds)
    1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes
    I bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Carnitas Simmer Sauce

    Combine the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onion in a slow cooker. Toss in half of the flour and season with salt and pepper. Season the pork generously with salt and pepper and toss with the remaining flour to coat. Place the pork over the vegetables in the slow cooker. Add 2 1/2 cups water, the bottle of Terrapin Ridge Farms Carnitas Simmer Sauce and the tomatoes, cover and cook on low 8 hours. Remove the pork roast and slice or pull the meat off the bone into large pieces. Serve in bowls with the vegetables and broth.

    Slow Cooker Ribs with Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce
    3 pounds baby back ribs, trimmed salt and pepper to taste ½ cup water 1 bottle of Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce
    Season ribs with a little salt and pepper. First, pour water into slow cooker. Place the ribs into water in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. While oven is preheating transfer the ribs to your baking sheet. Heavily coat in Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce. Roast in oven until the sauce caramelizes and sticks the meat, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Grab a fresh craft beer and enjoy on a cozy Sunday.
