Cheesy Roasted Garlic Horseradish and Corned Beef Dip
8 oz. Terrapin Ridge Farms Roasted Garlic Horseradish Dip (Your choice! Onion Blossom Horseradish Dip and Horseradish Sauce work perfectly in this recipe as well!)
14 oz. Sauerkraut, drained well
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
2 oz. Corned beef, chopped
Mix together and bake in a covered dish at 350 degrees F for 15 - 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve with crackers, peppers or soft bread.
Cheesy Corned Beef Rollups with Garlic Kraut Mustard
1 jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic Kraut Mustard
2 cans of crescent rolls
1 package Swiss cheese
Preheat oven as directed on crescent roll package. On a greased baking sheet, line up the separate crescent roll triangles. Smear a light/medium coating of Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic Kraut Mustard on the crescent rolls. Add a thick layer of Swiss cheese and about a 1-slice-thick layer of corned beef on top of the cheese. Roll up into classic crescent roll shape and bake for the directed time on the crescent roll can. Pour the remaining Garlic Kraut Mustard into serving bowl for dipping and serve the rolls hot!
