    Buffalo Ranch Chicken Finger Nachos

    1 bag nacho chips
    Ready made chicken fingers
    3 oz gruyere cheese, grated
    4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
    3 green onions, chopped
    Optional, tomatoes, jalapenos, cilantro1 bottle of Terrapin Ridge Buffalo Ranch Garnishing Sauce
    On a baking sheet place a layer of nacho chips. Add chicken strips cut into bite sized pieces, grated cheese and crumbled blue cheese. Place in the oven on broil until the cheese has melted and the chips are toasted.
    Remove from oven and add your toppings. Last, drizzle your nachos with Terrapin Ridge Farms Buffalo Ranch Sauce.
    Enjoy hot, with melty cheese!

    Buffalo Ranch Quesadillas Ingredients

    One small zucchini, sliced lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick slices
    One red, orange and or yellow bell pepper
    One sweet onion sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds
    Optional items Portabella mushroom, asparagus, yellow squash, chopped into 1/4 inch thick slices.
    1 1/2 cups freshly grated pepper jack cheese
    1 1/2 cups freshly grated mozzarella cheese
    Terrapin Ridge Farms Buffalo Ranch for serving.
    *add chicken or shrimp if desired
    Heat to 400 °F, wash and slice all vegetables range on a baking sheet in a single layer then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast vegetables until tender 10 to 15 minutes tossing halfway through. Assemble each quesadilla by dividing the vegetables and cheese evenly between the tortillas on one half. Add a little drizzle of buffalo ranch sauce. Fold over the top to create a half round. Lightly oil a cast-iron or griddle pan on medium high heat then place the tortilla on it. Cook each tortilla approximately three minutes on each side until the tortilla is toasted and crispy in the cheese has completely melted. Cut the tortillas into triangles arrange on a platter and drizzle with buffalo ranch. Enjoy!

    Raspberry Peach Chipotle Wings

    20 chicken wings (drums or wings, your choice)
    1 Tbsp. aluminum-free* baking powder (NOT baking soda)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    ½ jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Raspberry Peach Chipotle Sauce
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix together the baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Toss in wings. You do not need to coat the entire wings, the idea behind the baking powder is to change the PH of the wings so they come out of the oven nice and crispy. Place wings on rack and cook for 30 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 20-30 minutes, until preferred crispiness. Toss wings in our Raspberry Peach Chipotle Wings. Enjoy the tastiest wings you ever did have!!

    Smoked Sausage and Pretzels with Smokey Onion Mustard and Garlic Kraut Mustard

    Desired amount of Smoked Sausage, we like Kielbasa in the fall
    1 jar Smokey Onion Mustard
    1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Garlic Kraut Mustard
    1 jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Smokey Onion Mustard
    2 bags Pretzilla Pretzel Bites
    Cut the kielbasa into 1 inch pieces. Pour the mustards into festive dishes and plate the kielbasa and pretzel bites around the dishes. Serve with toothpicks.
