Ingredients

Terrapin Ridge Farms Ginger Yuzu Aioli Squeeze
3 - 4oz Ahi Tuna Steaks
4 oz package Spring Roll Rice Paper Wraps
Furikaki or Toasted Sesame Seeds
3 cups vegetable oil or frying oil

Directions

Preheat oil to 350° F (careful not to go above or it could burn)
Dice up tuna into small cubes
Cut Rice Papers into triangles
Drop triangle of rice paper, pushing the middle down with a skewer to create a flower shape.
Pull out the rice paper flower and let the oil drain on a paper towel
Fill each triangle flower with tuna and top with Ginger Yuzu Aioli
Garnish with Furikake or sesame seeds
