Easy to make and a crowd favorite, these antipasto skewers with Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic dressing are a must-try recipe.
The skewers are aesthetically pleasing AND function better than antipasto on a plate. They are easy to transfer, don't need utensils, and you can dip them into the dressing!

Ingredients
- Sliced Cherry Tomato
- Chunk of Salami
- Artichoke
- White Cheddar Cheese

Terrapin Ridge Farms Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic Dressing
Directions
Using longer skewers, add each of the ingredients on each skewer until it is full.
Place a serving dish in the middle of a serving plate and pour Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic in the bowl. Save some to drizzle on skewers.
Add the skewers around the bowl in a wreath like formation.
Drizzle Sweet Red Onion White Balsamic on the skewers and you are good to go. Enjoy!
