Apple Cider Maple Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots
- 2 tablespoons butter

1 bottle Terrapin Ridge Farms Apple Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Add salt and carrots and cook until carrots are tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
Drain carrots into a colander.
Add 1 Tbsp. butter to hot saucepan to melt, then add carrots back to saucepan.
Drench the carrots with Apple Cider Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette. Cook until a glaze coats the carrots, approximately 5-10 minutes.
Enjoy as an appetizer or as a side dish.
