Apple Maple Bacon Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 Thick cut Pork chops
- Adobo Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper

1 - 2 jars Apple Maple Bacon Jam. Approximately 1 jar for two chops or 2 jars for 4 chops.
- 8 tbls Butter
- Olive Oil
2 apples - Granny Smith or Honey Crisp
Directions
Heat Olive Oil in frying pan.
Season chops with Pepper and Adobo Seasoning.
When pan is hot, add the chops, searing them quickly. (Only 2 min on each side) remove from heat. Do not cook through!
Chop two apples into inch sized pieces.
Cube butter into small chunks.
Place seared chops into baking dish.
Cover chops with Apple pieces, butter pieces and drizzle with Terrapin Ridge Apple Maple Bacon Jam.
Bake for 35 minutes in covered dish to seal in juices. (Baste the chops with pan drippings and more jam during baking time).
Remove dish cover. Turn oven to broil setting (high) and broil for 3 minutes until apples turn golden brown. Remove and serve.
