Place a wire rack on top of a cooking sheet.
Lay bacon strips flat across the top of the wire rack. Coat the whole front side of the bacon in a thin layer of Apple Maple Bacon Jam.
Cook at 325 for about 45 minutes, watching as it cooks to make sure it doesn't burn.
Let cooked bacon sit for at least another 45 minutes to harden.
Place bacon in a cup or mason jar for height and dimension on the board. You may need to cut strips in half to have them stand straight up in the container without bending over. Strips may also be placed flat on the board.
