- 2 packages Jiffy Brand Corn Bread Mix

½ Jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Directions
- Follow package instructions and stir in half jar of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam before putting in muffin pan or 8 x 8 pan. You can also use your favorite scratch corn bread recipe and add in the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.
