Corn Bread with Hot Pepper Bacon Jam

Ingredients
- 2 packages Jiffy Brand Corn Bread Mix
- ½ Jar Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Directions
Follow package instructions and stir in half jar of Hot Pepper Bacon Jam before putting in muffin pan or 8 x 8 pan.
You can also use your favorite scratch corn bread recipe and add in the Hot Pepper Bacon Jam.
