Bacon
Spicy Elk Sausage
Pepper Jack cheese

Directions
Preheat your grill to medium heat
Take each spicy elk sausage and slice it lengthwise without cutting it all the way through.
Fill each sausage with pepper jack cheese.
Wrap each sausage with bacon, securing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
Grill the stuffed sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and the sausages are cooked through.
