Ingredients
4 slices of bacon
2 slices of bread (your choice of bread)
Smucker’s Grape Jelly
-
Terrapin Ridge Farms Bacon Pepper Dip
1/4 cup fresh shredded Gruyere cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 slices of turkey
1 tablespoon butter
Directions
Lay out 2 slices of bacon in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until partially cooked but still flexible, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
While the bacon is cooking, spread a generous layer of Grape Jelly on one slice of bread.
Spread a layer of Terrapin Ridge Farms Bacon Pepper Dip on the other slice of bread.
Layer the shredded Gruyere cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese on top of the jelly-covered bread slice.
Place two slices of turkey on top of the cheese-covered bread slice.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, place the assembled sandwich in the skillet.
Cook the sandwich for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown, and the cheese is melted.
Once the sandwich is cooked, remove it from the skillet and let it cool slightly.
Carefully wrap the partially cooked bacon slices around the sandwich, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Optionally, slice the sandwich in half and serve with your favorite sides or additional dipping sauces.
