BBQ Pulled Pork Nachos with Buffalo Ranch

- Choice of BBQ sauce

Terrapin Ridge Farms Buffalo Ranch
- Banana peppers
- Red onion
- Monterey jack
- Pepper jack
- Cilantro
Directions
Prepare your pork the night before by rubbing in your choice of BBQ spice blend and leave overnight.
Once ready, sear and pressure cook in Instant pot for 1 hour.
Broil some more for color and crispy bits, if desired. By then, your meat should be very tender. By using two forks, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces
Chop your toppings and assemble your nachos layer by layer; chips, pork, banana peppers, red onions, and choice of cheeses.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 400 F, until cheese is melted and bubbling.
Top with cilantro and a hefty squeeze of Terrapin Ridge Farms Buffalo Ranch. Enjoy!
