Ingredients
1 lb thinly sliced chuck roast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 one-inch thick slices of rustic bread
2 tbsp unsalted butter
4 slices cheddar cheese

Directions
Season the thinly sliced chuck roast with salt, cracked black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.
Preheat your grill to 275°F
Place the seasoned chuck roast slices on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 128°F for medium-rare doneness. Flip the slices halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking.
Once cooked, remove the chuck roast slices from the grill and set aside to rest for a few minutes.
While the meat is resting, preheat your oven to broil.
Place the two slices of rustic bread on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Remove the toasted bread from the oven and assemble the sandwiches. Place the cooked chuck roast slices on one slice of bread, followed by two slices of cheddar cheese.
Drizzle some Terrapin Ridge Farms Horseradish Squeeze on top.
Top each sandwich with the remaining slice of bread.
