Ingredients
1.5 lbs beef tenderloin, trimmed
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper, to taste
12 slider buns, lightly toasted
-
Terrapin Ridge Farms Horseradish Sauce Garnishing Squeeze
Optional: Arugula, caramelized onions, or blue cheese crumbles for garnish
Directions
Prep the Tenderloin
Let the beef tenderloin sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Rub the tenderloin with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
Sear and Roast
In an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, sear the tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 2–3 minutes per side).
Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 15–20 minutes for medium-rare, or until your preferred doneness.
Let the beef rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
Assemble the Sliders
Place a few slices of tenderloin on the bottom half of each toasted slider bun.
Drizzle generously with Terrapin Ridge Farms Horseradish Sauce Garnishing Squeeze.
Add optional garnishes if desired.
Top with the other half of the bun.
