Cilantro Lime Ranch Chicken Quesadillas

Ingredients
- 8 each Flour tortillas
- 2 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Grilled and sliced or shredded cooked chicken breasts

Terrapin Ridge Farms Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing
Directions
Heat broiler. Place 2 tortillas on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle each tortilla with ½ cup of shredded cheese.
Place chicken on top of shredded cheese.
Top each with another tortilla.
- Broil until crisp and golden, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and cheese.
Cut quesadillas into triangles and serve with Terrapin Ridge Farms Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing.
