Big Breakfast Bowl with Jalapeño Aioli

Terrapin Ridge Farms Jalapeño Aioli
Directions
First, roast your potatoes with peppers and onions until fully cooked.
Chop the bacon to desired size pieces, then fry them in a small skillet until browned and crispy. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and add 1 Tablespoon milk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Melt 1-2 teaspoons olive oil or butter in a small skillet, then add the whisked eggs and scramble.
Assemble bowl by placing potatoes, peppers, and onions down first.
Top that with eggs and bacon bits. Sprinkle with feta cheese and let melt.
Drizzle a large amount of Terrapin Ridge Farms Jalapeño Aioli.
Salt and pepper to taste. Dig in and enjoy!
