Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
On a cookie llined with parchment paper, lay 1 piece of puff pastry down and top with cream cheese and jam.
Place the other puff pastry directly on top. Using a large bowl, trace/cut around the bowl to make a circle.
Place a small bowl in the center to stop you from cutting all the way to the center.
Cut every 2” all the way around the pastry then twist each piece.
Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle powder sugar on top if desired. Enjoy!
