Directions

1. To Pickle Blueberries: Wash and dry the blueberries and add them to a container or mason jar.
2. In a small sauce pot add the vinegar, sugar, and salt and boil for 5 minutes. Pour the hot pickling liquid over the fresh blueberries and tightly cover. Keep refrigerated.
3. Brussel Sprouts: Deep fry the baby brussel sprouts at 350 degrees for 2 minutes. Remove from fry oil and drain thoroughly of excess oil. Season with salt and set aside.
4. How to Plate: spoon Terrapin Ridge Farms Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam onto the bottom of the plate.
5. Top with fried brussels, pickled blueberries, pecans, and goat cheese.
6. Garnish with extra Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam and fresh herbs.
