Blueberry Bourbon and Goat Cheese Brussel Sprouts

Baby Brussel Sprouts
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam
- Crushed Pecans
- Cheese Goat Crumble
Fresh Blueberries
White Wine Vinegar
- Sugar Granulated Extra-fine
- Flaky Kosher Salt
Directions
- To Pickle Blueberries: Wash and dry the blueberries and add them to a container or mason jar.
- In a small sauce pot add the vinegar, sugar, and salt and boil for 5 minutes. Pour the hot pickling liquid over the fresh blueberries and tightly cover. Keep refrigerated.
- Brussel Sprouts: Deep fry the baby brussel sprouts at 350 degrees for 2 minutes. Remove from fry oil and drain thoroughly of excess oil. Season with salt and set aside.
- How to Plate: spoon Terrapin Ridge Farms Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam onto the bottom of the plate.
- Top with fried brussels, pickled blueberries, pecans, and goat cheese.
- Garnish with extra Blueberry Bourbon Pecan Jam and fresh herbs.
