Brant's Bologna Reuben

Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- Butter
- Brant's Sandwich or Ring bologna
- Swiss Cheese
- Hoganville Sauerkraut or your choice of kraut
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Everything Aioli
Directions
Butter one side of a slice of bread spread Everything Aioli on the other side of the buttered bread.
Add as much Brant's Bologna as you like onto the Everything Aioli side of the bread slice.
Add Swiss Cheese.
Evenly distribute sauerkraut.
Butter one side of the 2nd slice of bread.
spread Everything Aioli on the other side of the 2nd slice of bread. Place on top of sauerkraut, buttered side on top.
Brown in a skillet with a press or panini maker on both sides.
- Slice if desired, serve and enjoy!
