Directions
Slice bratwurst long ways and remove the skin. Form the meat into 2 small patties. Pan fry patties until brown.

Lightly toast your Hawaiian rolls.
Shmear a big chunk of Terrapin Ridge Farms Balsamic Onion Jam on top of your brat.
Top sandwich with meat, mustard, and sauerkraut. Enjoy!
