Brie en Croute with Cranberry Relish With Grand Marnier

Ingredients
- 1 wheel Brie Cheese
- 1 pack puff pastry dough, thawed
- ¼ C Toasted, sliced almonds
- 1 C Terrapin Ridge Farms Cranberry relish with Grand Marnier
Directions
Heat oven to 400° F.
Unroll puff pastry onto large baking sheet, you may also roll out until the pastry dough is cohesive.
Place Brie in center of pastry dough.
Spread Terrapin Ridge Cranberry Relish With Grand Marnier™ on top of the Brie.
Wrap edges of pastry over top of Brie and press edges lightly to seal.
Sprinkle toasted almonds on top of the wrapped brie.
Bake 20 minutes or until pastry dough is golden brown.
Let stand 10 – 20 minutes before serving, so the cheese doesn't melt out.
Serve warm or at room temperature with sliced apples or buttery crackers.
