Brie en Croute with Strawberry Fig Jam

Ingredients
- 1 wheel Brie Cheese
- ¼ C Toasted almonds
- 1 pack Puff pastry, thawed

1 C Terrapin Ridge Farms Strawberry Fig Jam
Directions
Heat oven to 400° F.
Unroll puff pastry onto large baking sheet.
Place Brie cheese in center of pastry.
Spread Terrapin Ridge Farms Strawberry Fig Jam on top of Brie cheese
Wrap edges of pastry over top of Brie cheese and press edges lightly to seal.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Let stand 10 - 20 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature with sliced apples or buttery crackers. ENOJY!
