Buffalo Chicken Meatball Grinder with Jalapeño Aioli

Smokey Honey
- Buffalo Sauce
- Terrapin Ridge Farms Jalapeno Aioli
- Oregano
- Garlic
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Parsley
- Onion
- Parmesan
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Hoagie Roll
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Ground Chicken
- Salt & pepper
Directions
For the meatballs, start with a large mixing bowl. Add ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Use your hands to mix until evenly combined and form into a meatball shape.
Liberally spray the meatballs all over with oil spray, then bake in the oven at 400F for 20mins, or until golden brown.
Put the cooked meatballs into a mixing bowl and pour in all the buffalo sauce on top. Toss to combine.
Slice hoagie through the center, making sure you don't go all the way through. Place in the sauced meatballs.
Place a piece of cheese on each meatball, then place the sub onto a baking tray.
Grill and broil for a few mins until the cheese has melted.
Drizzle over smokey honey and Terrapin Ridge Farms Jalapeno Aioli to add that extra kick!
Sprinkle with parsley and oregano to finish. Cut in half and enjoy!
