Terrapin Ridge Farms Chile Lime Aioli
Directions
Fill a very large pot with 8 quarts of water set over high heat.
Add A LOT of desired seasonings and squeeze in some lemon juice and add the wedges.
Break garlic into cloves, discard skin and add unpeeled cloves.
Cover the pot and bring to a boil. The water should be very heavily salted and spiced, with a bright orange foam. (if it doesn’t make you cough when you stand over it, it’s not spicy enough!)
Add potatoes and sausage to the pot, and let the water return to a boil.
Turn off heat, and allow to soak for 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.
Bring the water to a boil and add shrimp. Cook for 3 minutes, then turn off heat.
Add corn and allow to soak for 7 minutes. Drain, and serve immediately with garlic butter.
Top off by drizzling Terrapin Ridge Farms Chile Lime Aioli for that extra yummy kick!
