Ingredients
8–10 slices prosciutto
15 slices salami
9 slices brie cheese

1–2 tbsp Terrapin Ridge Farms Pecan Honey Mustard
Handful of fresh arugula
1 tbsp crushed pistachios

Squeeze of Terrapin Ridge Farms Sriracha Aioli
Directions
Lay a sheet of plastic wrap on a clean surface. Arrange the prosciutto slices in a flat, overlapping layer.
Layer salami evenly across the prosciutto.
Add a row of brie slices on top.
Spread a thin layer of pecan honey mustard over the brie.
Top with a handful of arugula.
Using the plastic wrap as a guide, roll tightly into a log, sushi-style.
Remove plastic wrap. Drizzle more pecan honey mustard on top, sprinkle with crushed pistachios, and finish with a zigzag of sriracha aioli.
Slice into bite-sized rounds and serve immediately.
