Ingredients
- 2 Lbs of ground beef (80/20 fat)
- 1 Lbs of ground Pork

¾ of a Jar of Terrapin Ridge Farms Champagne Honey Garlic Mustard
- 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
- ½ tablespoon of Adobo Seasoning
- a dash of salt and pepper
- Gruyere Cheese
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except the Gruyere Cheese.
Form patties with a piece of Gruyere cheese folded into the middle of each patty.
Grill and add a slice of Gruyere on each burger patty at the end of the cook time.
