Ingredients

1 wheel brie
Fresh raspberries
Fresh blackberries
Terrapin Ridge Farms Hot Pepper Bacon Jam
Prosciutto
Baguette

Directions

Slice the brie into pieces and spread across a baking dish.
Top with the raspberries, blackberries, and a generous spoonful of hot pepper bacon jam.
Bake at 350° until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While it bakes, slice the baguette and bake until crisp outside and soft inside.
Once the brie is out of the oven, add a little more hot pepper bacon jam and layer prosciutto ribbons over the top.
