- 8 each Flour tortillas
- 2 cup Monterey Jack cheese

Terrapin Ridge Farms Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing
Directions
Heat broiler. Place two tortillas on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each tortilla with ½ cup of shredded cheese, top with 2 more tortillas.
- Broil until crisp and golden, about 1 to 2 minutes per side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and cheese.
Cut quesadillas into triangles and serve with Terrapin Ridge Farms Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing.
